3M Command Strips allow you to personalise your walls however you like, giving you complete freedom to express your creativity. The brief was to demonstrate this in a clear and succinct manner with a wide range of online media.

The work

Our strap line captures the essence of this benefit in a clever and engaging way. It gets you wondering how it’s possible to leave a mark without actually leaving a mark?

There are two ways we have approached the answer to this question. The first focuses on the practical solution that Command Strips offer; the second illustrates the frustrations that come with DIY and how Command Strips can combat these.

Our big idea is fun, creative and designed to create buzz around the product and 3M brands. The idea is for ‘Stick Man’ to become a loveable character within the online world, and for the viral to be explosive.
