The brief

Chevrolet needed to launch their brand new saloon the Cruze to the Eworldwide market with a well thought out digital marketing strategy and ECRM programme.

The work

A vast programme of emails that begin with a teaser, then full campaign to launch the saloon, expanding on the features and benefits of a test drive. There is also a generic welcome email that gets sent out to customers once they buy a brand new Chevrolet with details of how to begin their Chevrolet adventure! Each set of email copy was translated into 19 different languages ensuring Chevrolet get complete worldwide exposure.
