The brief

To ensure T Mobile and Orange customers have a fast and flawless switch to EE and inspire new customers to join the UK’s biggest and fastest network.

The work

A complete revamp of EE’s content pillars and messaging output. By leading the team with a new content strategy, I helped the client communicate their objectives through creative thinking, writing and strategy. I worked closely with top UX and design teams on a daily basis to deliver the work together and stick to very tight timelines.
