Navteq registration campaign

The brief

A campaign designed to help NAVTEQ reach a brand new audience – the 10million people in the UK who currently own a satellite navigation system but haven’t registered it yet. We also need to raise brand awareness amongst existing customers.

The work

This campaign aims to convey the main benefits of registering your navigation system. By grabbing people’s attention with a funny, intriguing clip, we stop it short so the user is left wondering what happens. We then entice then to click through to the landing page for the answer.

Once on the landing page, the user can satisfy their curiosity by viewing the clip again as the outcome is revealed. You’ll always know what’s coming next if you register your system is the message and we use the whole of the page to explain who NAVTEQ are and why the user should buy into their proposition.

The result

A hugely successful online campaign that not only taps into a completely new audience, but helps elevate the NAVTEQ brand too.
