Superdrug

The brief

User Experience Architects spend a lot of time and energy assessing individual’s needs and goals and analysing data to truly create the perfect persona. This pitch for Superdrug required three key audience personas and all the relevant lifestyle information.

The work

To begin with, I took the research from the client and sifted through the statements from the target audiences, selecting the ones that jumped out at me, or sounds particularly interesting. I then used this list for the framework of the persona,using my creative writing skills to elaborate on the character and really bring it to life. The challenge here was not the amount of writing involved, but rather the extracting of relevant information and using it to it’s full advantage.

The result

Three coherent, concise, creative personas which form the groundwork for a confident client presentation and give them a further insight into the users’ world.
