The Elevit Guide to Conceiving
Elevit with Iodine wanted to make more women aware of the benefits of taking Elevit whilst trying to conceive. Being a tricky subject to approach, they thought it best to tackle on social media and we started the project with some listening to see what type of conversations were happening and where.
Bloggers seemed like the natural choice for elevating the brand presence. Mummy bloggers are key influencers in the pregnancy space, so we created a campaign that used their voices to bring the brand to life and give it even more credibility.
The idea? Invite 10 mums to share their top tips for happy conceiving and turn them into a beautifully published booklet. The bloggers get to have their words published in a credible way and the mums to be get sound advice from real, everyday women. As the project evolved, I also invited 3 husbands to get involved too, meaning those extracts had a male perspective on what it feels like to try for a baby. This also tied in very nicely with Elevit’s partnership with the male supplement – Menevit.
The campaign culminated in a morning tea for 100 mums hosted by Elevit and Essential Baby which celebrated the contents of the book and invited guest speakers to attend.
The morning tea was a huge success with all places taken. The booklet and bloggers extracts were exploded online via their blogs and social networks, resulting in massive exposure for the Elevit brand. All 10 bloggers raved about the project, their involvement and the worthwhile cause. Each of them wrote one, if not two or three, blog posts detailing the project and photos from the morning tea event.
