There was a backlog of patients, which were then able to be seen due to the increased demand on cycles and treatment. But some patients could be nervous about the clinics’ social distancing measures and procedures put in place to keep them safe.
The client was keen to try Spotify, a new format for them, trying to reach a broader audience than ever before. The creative idea hooks the listener straight away by reminding them of the little things they might have missed in 2020, and that the bigger things, like starting a family are just as important.
